Social Work

Life can feel overwhelming and lonely, and I firmly believe that these experiences often stem from deeper concerns about identity, purpose, and connection while remaining trapped in a cycle of self-doubt or emotional distress. I see therapy as a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration, empowerment, and authenticity in which we can build resilience, develop meaningful coping mechanisms, and challenge negative thoughts and behaviour to find deeper meaning behind your struggles. Whether you’re struggling with self-criticism, anxious thoughts, personal relationships, or anything in between, we can work together to cultivate a greater state of emotional well-being, growth, and confidence.

Healing can take time and courage, but if you’re ready for the journey, I’ll be there for you every step of the way.
